Each lesson builds on the last, helping you develop essential techniques, understand flavors, and gain real confidence in your own kitchen.

We work with everyone from very beginners to advanced home cooks seeking refinement and mastery.

Private lessons can take place in Chef Leslie’s kitchen in Ft. Lauderdale or in the comfort of your own home throughout Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

Each session is thoughtfully customized to your goals and skill level. You’ll cook side-by-side in a relaxed, hands-on environment while Chef Leslie guides you through professional techniques, practical kitchen skills, and the “why” behind great cooking—so you leave with knowledge you can use for the rest of your life.

Scheduling is flexible—you select the dates and times based on your 2-, 4-, or 6-week program.

Dietary restrictions are collected at registration through a dietary form, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Because private instruction is fully customized, you decide what you want to learn. We focus on the skills, techniques, and dishes that matter most to you.

Private instruction begins at $1,150 for a two-week program, with preferred pricing available for 4- and 6-week packages.

Sessions are 3 hours each, held once per week, and can take place in Chef Leslie’s Ft. Lauderdale kitchen or in your home throughout Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
